Zone Startups India (ZSI), along with Startup India, has incorporated a Virtual Incubation Program for Women Entrepreneurs (VIP-WE). The program will incorporate 80 hours of workshops, a unique educational plan created by Zone Startups India, which includes executive strategies, business and income model approval, and preparing a financial specialist pitch.
Proceeding with an idea that was begun once again 4 years back with empoWer (India’s first accelerator for women in tech), the Virtual Incubation Program for Women Entrepreneurs (VIP-WE) intends to help early-stage tech startups established by women through a curated 10-week program. As the name recommends, VIP-WE is being conducted completely online.
VIP-WE will choose 20 early-stage tech startups whose products and ideas are ready to scale and require handholding. There will be a concentrated time of curated learning and advancement and will be cost-free for all participants.
The program will commence with 100 Open Startups as the global strategic partner, with access to their broad, worldwide environment. Cisco Webex will fill in as the technology partner, alongside a large group of speculators participating in such and a few business support services partners in a community effort to help women entrepreneurs in India. Also, the program will end with a virtual Demo Day, where the new startups will get an opportunity to pitch their ideas to a board of angel/early-stage financial investors, accelerators, and other corporates.
The highlight of the program is that participants will experience a dedicated time of curated learning and improvement in addition to getting assigned a mentor who will provide personalized coaching to the entrepreneurs.
